MarketMaker CRE Membership Post Launch -Tier Two (First 1000 Members) Monthly Payment

Tier Two Post Launch Membership Subscription   $13,500 per month, or a signal prepayment of $150,000 for one year term.

Tier Two Post-Launch Membership includes:

·         Up to three simultaneous Engagements.  If Member has three simultaneous open engagements, Member must release or consummate one engagement before entering into an additional Engagement. 

·         Four total closings permitted per Subscription Term (12 subscription fee billings (months)) or one year if pre-paid annually. Closing on a portfolio counts as two closings and may require moving to a higher tier.

·         Option to convert to a higher Tier Membership at current pricing for the remainder of the original term. If membership was paid monthly, then the Member steps to the applicable Tier level monthly fee for the remainder of the term.  If the member paid annually, the member will receive a credit for the unused months paid under their existing membership and be billed the annual fee/12 x the remaining months in the term less the aforementioned credit.  That fee is due immediately. Membership renews at the Tier level the Member had at the end of the previous term.

The agreement term is for one year and will automatically renew unless terminated 30 days before the end of the term.  Opt-out notices must be sent at least 30 days before the term ends via email to accounting@marketmakercre.com or postal mail to MarketMaker CRE’s business address. Renewal rate will be at the published rate for the tier the Member had at the end of their term. Order start date is the date the Order is processed.

MarketMaker CRE may adjust the Order Start Date and Order End Date, without increasing the Total Price, based on the date the Order or Subscription Agreement is accepted by the Member and payment is received by MarketMaker CRE, provided that the total term length does not change. Prices shown above do not include any taxes that may apply. Any such taxes are the responsibility of Member. This is not an invoice. For Members based in the United States, any applicable taxes will be determined based on the laws and regulations of the taxing authority(ies) governing the location provided by Member on this Order Form. 

 Upon acceptance by Member and submission to MarketMaker CRE, this Order Form shall become legally binding unless this Order Form is rejected by MarketMaker CRE for any of the following reasons: {1) the person placing the order does not have the authority to bind Member to this Order Form, (2) changes have been made to this Order Form, or (3) the requested purchase order information  is incomplete or does not match our records or the rest of this Order Form.
